This gorgeous large pendant necklace is made using an extremely rare Modern reworked Authentic off white and pale gold C C button in large size in intricate design, set onto a gold setting and hanging from a gorgeous gold box chain, adorned with a huge genuine baroque pearl charm in rose gold tone that can be worn front or back.
