Adorned with a gorgeous baroque pearl - You can wear the necklace with a pearl at the back or the front.

these buttons are very old Vintage and may have signs of age, they would be appreciated by a true collector. This particular button has a small silver blemish above the right C- visible only upon close inspection. Doesn’t distract from its vintage rare beauty and will last for a long wear.
